Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) 5-star tailback recruit Toney Baker was considering announcing his final decision at this Saturday’s Army All-American game. I caught up with Toney’s father, Tony, for the latest on the possible decision.

“As of right now, I think that is the plan,” said Baker, who believes his son’s announcement would take place during the 4th quarter of the game. “But sometimes I’ll ask him and he says ‘yes I am’ and other times he’s like ‘I guess so’, so anything can happen I suppose.”

Baker, who is in San Antonio right now, plans to be spotlighted on another program this week.

“I think he’s going to be on the Countdown to Signing Day show,” Baker said. “They are going to tape that show in Texas. He may give a hint as to what schools he’s leaning to.”
