6-4, 330-pound defensive tackle/offensive lineman Phillip Taylor has gradually narrowed his list of schools over the summer. Currently, the Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD) is seriously considering less than 10 schools among his over 20 Division 1A offers.

“It’s about six,” Taylor said. “There’s Maryland, Penn State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Ohio State and probably either like Florida or Tennessee.”

One program has scored an official visit with the mammoth blue-chip recruit.
