Overview
In terms of talent at the wide receiver position, the state of Virginia boasts some of the top talent in the country. This was true before Vidal Hazelton transferred to Hargrave Military Academy. Including Hazelton, the state now boasts four of ESPN.com’s top 16 wide receivers in the country. Percy Harvin and Damon McDaniel are first and second on that list, respectively, with Vidal Hazelton at #11 and Chris Bell at #16. My order is a bit different. I have Harvin and Hazelton rated as 5-star recruits, with Bell and McDaniel at 4 stars.
