6-4, 240-pound Brooke Point (Stafford, VA) defensive end Lanford Collins, one of top remaining uncommitted seniors in the state of Virginia, has taken three official visits, set one more and is considering a fifth and final trip as well. Collins has taken official visits to Boston College, Virginia and Penn State. What lies ahead next?

“He is waiting to take an official visit to Virginia Tech,” Brooke Point head coach Jeff Berry said. “And then he might take the last official visit to either West Virginia or Maryland.”

There is a possibility that Collins does not make a fifth and final official, though his coach is pretty certain about the Tech trip, which is scheduled for the weekend of January 23rd.
