All 19 recruits committed to the University of Virginia’s 2013 class were in Charlottesville this past weekend on official visits. A few targets, including one who now has an offer from UVa, visited as well.

The big news was not of the positive variety, however, as star recruit underage drinking charge.

Based on my conversations with Mizzell and everything else I’ve heard, I believe he is a quality kid and a good student. I’d be surprised if UVa pulled his offer (a report by the Richmond Times-Dispatch indicates it won’t), and from his end he has been rock solid in the commitment he made last August. I believe he will sign with the Hoos.
