Virginia football will host its first one-day camp of 2014 on Sunday. We will be on hand for coverage of the event, which typically begins around 9 am and lasts into the early afternoon hours. A talented group is expected on Grounds, including Florida native Grant Polk, a 6’6”, 290-pound offensive line prospect, as well as Virginia class of 2015 quarterback commitment Nick Johns and Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Courthouse, VA) rising junior wide receiver Joseph Reed.

Polk recently landed a Virginia offer. This will be his first visit to UVa, but he spoke highly of the Hoos in a May 27 article on the EDGE.

“Everything I’ve heard is really good, academics and football-wise,” Polk said of UVa. “Virginia has been a school I definitely have paid attention to. They didn’t have a great season last year, but I still like ‘em.”
