Sabre Scoop: Reports From The NBPA Top 100

The 2014 NBPA Top 100 Camp, held annually in Charlottesville at the John Paul Jones Arena, began last Wednesday and completed on Saturday. The Top 100 brings together 100 of the top high school players in the nation with current and former NBA players, who provide instruction on and off the court throughout the week.

The high school players are divided into teams. This year the Knicks, led by top class of 2016 perimeter players such as Malik Monk and Kobi-Jordan Simmons as well as 5-star class of 2015 power forward Cheick Diallo, captured the championship. 5-star class of 2015 power forward Ben Simmons, an LSU commit, earned MVP honors.

We have had several reports – including this piece posted last Friday – on North Carolina native Luke Maye. I caught up with a few other possible class of 2015 low post targets as well at the NBPA Top 100.
