Nineteen True Freshman Football Recruits Arrive On Grounds

Most of the University of Virginia football program’s true freshman class is now on Grounds.

Florida offensive tackle Grant Polk and Ohio linebacker C.J. Stalker enrolled this past January after graduating early from their respective high schools. Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) product Nick Johns, a quarterback, enrolled at UVa in June. Nineteen more true freshmen football student athletes arrived in Charlottesville this week to begin their college careers. Below is a rundown of the newcomers on Grounds, in alphabetical order…

The lone 2015 Class recruit not in Charlottesville is T.J. Griffin, a cornerback prospect out of Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 247Sports reports that Griffin is headed to Fork Union for a prep year. We hope to confirm in the coming days.
