Five-Star Point Guard Immanuel Quickley Reveals Final Eight

Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami, Providence, Virginia, and Washington have made the final cut for John Carroll (Bel Air, MD) point guard Immanuel Quickley, a consensus 5-star prospect in the class of 2018.

The 6’4″, 180-pound junior broke the news through Twitter.

UVA head coach Tony Bennett offered a scholarship to Quickley on September 20 this year. The talented prospect turned around and visited Virginia unofficially on October 22. Most recently, Quickley traveled to Washington for an unofficial visit there.

A member of the gold medal winning Team USA Men’s 17U Basketball team this past summer, Quickley is considered at least a top 12 prospect nationally by each of the four major recruiting outlets. Scout.com ranks him as the no. 10 overall prospect in his class. ESPN and 247Sports rank Quickley as the no. 11 overall junior in the nation. Rivals considers him to be the no. 12 overall recruit in 2018.
