Another road game, another road win. The Virginia basketball team picked up its sixth victory of the season in a true road game with a 71-54 win at Notre Dame on Tuesday. The Double Bonus returns to look at that stat and more.

This latest win pushed the Cavaliers’ record to 6-1 in true road games this season and added another ACC road victory to an impressive string as well. The Hoos own an ACC best 23-9 league road record since 2013-14. 23-9?! That’s a 71.9% winning percentage.

As if that isn’t impressive enough, the nine losses have come by an average of 4.56 points per game. Only one, this year’s setback at Pitt, came by double digits as the Panthers won by 12 – IN OVERTIME. In fact, there have been two OT losses among the nine games with the season (and ACC for the hosts) finale at Maryland in 2013-14.
