Recruits React To Mike London’s Resignation

Prior to Mike London’s resignation as University of Virginia head football coach, the Virginia football program received verbal commitments from 27 high school seniors. Five of those recruits — Christian Baumgardner (TE), Holland Corbett (PK), Tre Harbison (RB), Kenneth Ruff (LB) and Matt Terrell (LB/DE) — signed non-binding grant-in-aid papers with the intention of enrolling in January of 2016.

As you might expect, recruits have expressed disappointment in London’s resignation. As of this writing, though, no prospect has outright de-committed. We’ll continue to reach out to UVA’s class of 2016 and will provide updates as we get them. Below are some initial responses to yesterday’s news.
