Virginia “Always Feels Like Home” To Recruit Bryson Speas

The Virginia football program received welcome news on June 24, when offensive line prospect Bryson Speas verbally committed to the Cavaliers. It’s well known that the offensive line is a huge need for UVA in class of 2017 recruiting, and Speas, who was offered by the Hoos back in February, was a top target.

The Dudley (Greensboro, N.C.) standout chose Virginia because of the comfort level he felt while on Grounds.

“It always feels like home,” Speas wrote in an interview via Twitter. He has visited Charlottesville twice this year.

Virginia’s coaching staff led by new head coach Bronco Mendenhall resonated strongly with Speas as well.
