I tend not to put much stock in preseason predictions. As the Virginia football team can attest, sometimes they’re
pretty useless. It’s especially hard to figure out what to expect from freshmen and transfers, et al., since they’re
new to this level. And most of us (myself included) have never seen them play at any level.

Of course, it’s still a lot of fun to pretend like we know what’s going to happen. In that spirit, here’s your
first look at ACC men’s basketball, Version 2003-04.
