There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Highland Springs (VA) standout Victor “Macho” Harris, who is rated the number one prospect in the state and a 5-star recruit. I caught up with Highland Springs Head Coach Scott Burton to address what Macho’s plans may be in regards to his decision making process.

Firstly, will Harris announce his decision next Tuesday, December 21st, on an ESPN.com Chat with Tom Lemming?

“It’s possible,” Burton said. “I can tell you that he has not made a decision yet. Therefore, there is no commitment pending at this point. Of course that could change. I am going to do whatever he and his family would like me to do to make his decision and his announcement an enjoyable experience for all of them.”

Burton did confirm that Harris will make an official visit to Virginia Tech this weekend and was adamant in stating that no decision has been made.
