For years, fans, athletes, and coaches of the UVa men’s and women’s basketball programs have dreamed of a new home court. That dream is emerging.
On April 14, 2003, early site work began on John Paul Jones Arena. Following the official groundbreaking on May 30, 2003, full-scale construction commenced in August of last year.
