Liberty (Bedford, VA) defensive tackle Daryl Robertson was one of the top performers on defense at the Nike Camp in Blacksburg last month. “I did well in the one-on-one drills,” Robertson said. “They said that was the most important thing. I think my footwork was all right.”

Besides being relatively happy with his own performance, the 6-3, 285-pound Robertson acknowledged two other players he thought stood out.

“[Forestville (MD) offensive tackle Antonio] Logan-El and [Meadowbrook defensive end John] Graves,” Robertson said. “Logan-El was big but he could move as well. I didn’t get a chance to go against him because he was in the other line.”

Robertson has yet to receive other offers besides the two he already has – from Maryland and Virginia Tech, respectively. But several other programs have come to Liberty to visit during the Evaluation period.
