Liberty (Bealeton, VA) offensive lineman Alex Stadler has received written offers from 25 Division 1-A programs. He has narrowed his list of schools recently and plans on whittling the list down more following several unofficial visits later this month.

“I have narrowed things down a little bit – to about 15 – but I just don’t feel like naming schools that made the list because I haven’t gotten a chance to visit all of them,” Stadler said. “Hopefully I’ll be able to do that soon.”

When he narrows his list again, the amount of schools remaining in contention will be “Probably around 10, or maybe a little bit less,” Stadler said. “I’ll do it after my visits and see how they go.”

On June 11th, the 6-6, 300-pound Stadler will head to Duke and Wake Forest. A little over a week after that, he plans on making a big northern swing.
