The sun hasn’t yet begun to creep up the walls of University Hall and already Sean Singletary is dripping with sweat, trying his darnedest to get through his third set of squats with 340 pounds.
“That’s what I’m doing while everyone else sleeps,” he says.
The ever-increasing screech of sneakers fills the gym as Singletary and his backcourt mate J.R. Reynolds hoist 2,000 shots daily.
