Heading into the official visit last weekend, Hyde Leadership (New Haven, CT) offensive tackle/defensive end Bruce Campbell admitted that Virginia would have to impress him to get seriously back in the race. Well, it appears the Cavs succeeded and are now firmly in the mix for the 4-star standout.

“Yes,” replied Campbell when asked if Virginia had solidified its position as one of the finalists following the weekend experience.

“The visit went good. I was hosted by Eugene Monroe . I liked him a lot. I really enjoyed the interaction with the players. The campus was nice. It was bigger than what I thought it would be. It was big, but it was still easy to get around.”
