I can’t wait. I really can’t. Across the country, football is about to start. I simply cannot wait.

For UVa, the journey begins with a trip this weekend to Pittsburgh. And that is what it is – just the beginning – for the 2006 season may be quite the journey, from beginning to end, with all the bumps in the road you expect on a long journey. There will be plenty to watch for and learn during this journey, far beyond wins and losses. So, in the tradition of past top 10 lists – and, it would appear, future top 10 lists on the Edge, too – here are 10 things that I expect to learn over the course of the 2006 season:
