The Virginia football team took care of visiting North Carolina on Thursday night, sending the struggling Tar Heels back home with a 23-0 shutout. The Hoos needed two key moments that bookended halftime to shake a UNC team that managed to stay in the game by holding the hosts to just two field goals before things quickly changed. The critical plays on either side of halftime combined to form “The Turning Point” for the Cavaliers’ victory.
