One of the top wide receiver prospects in the state of Virginia’s 2009 class has narrowed his list of schools. 6-1, 190-pound junior Tim Smith , another top talent out of talent-rich Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, has picked four favorites from his list of double-digit Division 1A scholarship offers.

“I have a top four,” Smith said. “They are West Virginia, Louisville, UVa and South Carolina.”

Of the four favorites, only West Virginia has received a visit from Smith. On June 14th, he will check out the University of Virginia when the Cavaliers host an Elite Junior Day. He hopes to check out the University of Louisville as well this summer, but he is not sure when that visit could take place.
