St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH) senior defensive end Pat Muldoon enjoyed an unofficial visit to the University of Virginia this summer. On the weekend of the Clemson game, the 6-4, 250-pound prospect returned to Charlottesville for an official visit. How was the experience this time around?

“I liked it a lot,” Muldoon said. “It was good to get the help of the players and see what they go through on a daily basis.

“Me and my teammate, Luke Kuechly , went down. We were hosted by Colter Phillips and Billy Schautz. The players are really similar to the guys at the school we go to. I liked that a lot. I hung out with a bunch of different players. The coaches seem to know what they are doing. Coach Groh seems like he has a genuine interest in the players.”
