One week after attending a junior day at the University of Virginia, West Rowan (Mount Ulla, N.C.) running back Kevin Parks has decided to commit to the Cavaliers. The 5-7, 190-pound prospect left Charlottesville impressed while leaning toward a commitment. After visiting Clemson, East Carolina, and N.C. State this past weekend, he contacted the Virginia coaches today with a verbal commitment.
