Do you have a favorite moment from your playing or coaching days?

Yeah, my playing days weren’t anything like Coach Bennett’s. (laughs) I’d say in coaching when we went to the NCAA Tournament at New Mexico. We won the Mountain West Conference Championship and that was my dad’s alma mater, a place I had always longed to be a part of the program. We won that tournament in our third year there. It was just kind of neat because of the kinds of people we had in our program and a staff that I was blessed to work with. It was a memorable moment.
