Independence (Charlotte, N.C.) junior running back Nyjee Fleming listed Virginia as the clear favorite last month, shortly after he attended Virginia’s March 6 junior day. Not much as changed, though a commitment from the 5-10, 200-pound running back does not seem imminent.

Asked for the latest on his recruitment, Fleming said, “I’ve been receiving phone calls, because after April 15 they can contact you. I’ve talked to Virginia. Right now, Virginia’s my top choice. That’s where I think I’m going to commit to, but right now I’m just trying to take it slow.”
