UVa Looking To Close Strong In 2011

The big weekend is here. Friday though Sunday, the University of Virginia will play host to over 20 official visitors, including as many as 19 commitments and three top uncommitted targets. Hermitage (Richmond, VA) linebacker Curtis Grant , a 5-star prospect and the U.S. Army All-American National Defensive Player of the Year, will be one of the prospects in Charlottesville.

Virginia has 24 commitments in the 2011 class and two of them — QB David Watford and LB Daquan Romero — have already enrolled. Grant headlines a list of four prospects that top Virginia’s wish list with just a week-and-a-half left until Signing Day. Grant, defensive back Jeremiah Hendy and athlete Dominique Terrell are expected in Charlottesville this weekend.
