Kevin Parks hadn’t spent much time in his football career watching from the sidelines. In fact, the University of Virginia running back spent much more time churning out yards, rolling up touchdowns, and setting new records in North Carolina before arriving at UVa. So when Parks, like many true freshmen around the country, received a redshirt year in 2010, it was a new experience.

And now that it’s over, Parks is anxious to get on the field and see what he can do against college competition.
