Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA) junior David Prince has enjoyed a lot of success over the past week. The Patriots starting quarterback received an offer from Virginia Tech last Friday, and yesterday he added an offer from the University of Virginia.

“It feels great,” Prince said of receiving the scholarship offers. “It gives me something to look forward to.”

Of his first offer, Prince said: “I was really surprised. I really wasn’t looking for that to come. I talked to Coach [Cornell] Brown. He told me I am doing a good job and to keep it up. That’s when he said they were offering.”

Prince likes the Hokies and the Cavaliers at this point in the recruiting process. He’ll be in Blacksburg this weekend for the Miami/Virginia Tech game, and a trip to Charlottesville for a game is likely to take place later this fall.
