Ever since he received a scholarship offer from the University of Virginia in December of 2011, Oscar Smith’s (Chesapeake, VA) Zack Jones was thought to be leaning to the Cavaliers. As it turns out, the prevailing opinion was accurate, and the 5’11”, 190-pound wide receiver prospect is the latest 2013 class commitment for the Cavaliers.

“We called Coach London [yesterday] morning. I told him I feel Virginia was where I want to be,” Jones recalled. “He was excited. He was just telling me to keep focusing on my grades.”
