Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA) quarterback Corwin “Turtle” Cutler has verbally committed to the University of Virginia, which has now compiled seven commitments in the class of 2013. Cutler, a 6’3″, 190-pound junior, chose the ‘Hoos over serious interest from Boston College, Rutgers, South Florida, Virginia Tech, and more.
