Micah Kiser verbally committed to the University of Virginia on April 30, choosing the Hoos over many other major college suitors including Auburn, Florida, Maryland, Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina, Stanford, and Virginia Tech. Recently, though, the 6’2″, 215-pound linebacker expressed an interest in taking a visit to the University of Maryland. Cavalier assistants Shawn Moore and Anthony Poindexter traveled to Kiser’s home this Tuesday to try and solidify the coveted prospect’s original decision.
The duo appears to have been successful.
