Tight Ends In The Passing Game

The Oregon defense generally aligns in a 4-3/3-4 hybrid scheme, but there will be many different looks in general (see the bullet points below). The main thing to understand is the aggressive, pressure-oriented attitude of Ducks. They like to send extra rushers or disguise their pressure by overloading one side and dropping players in coverage on the opposite end. In many ways, it is a philosophy very similar to Virginia’s own Jon Tenuta.
