Virginia’s David Watford tossed 2 TDs and 2 INTs against VMI on Saturday.

Three starts into his career, Virginia quarterback David Watford has seen mixed results. Saturday’s game with VMI proved no different in that regard, though Watford did improve to 2-1 as a starter with UVa’s 49-0 win.

Against the Keydets, Watford passed for a career-high 206 yards. He completed 18 of 25 passes, a 72% completion percentage. Watford also threw 2 touchdown passes and rushed for a third score, the first rushing touchdown of his career. He didn’t play the fourth quarter or the final 3 minutes of the third quarter.
