Confirmed Visitors: The Virginia Tech Game

As expected, Upland (CA) senior defensive back/wide receiver Jeffery Farrar and Arizona Western College tight end prospect Blake Whiteley are in Charlottesville on official visits to the University of Virginia. Farrar is a Virginia commit. Whiteley, meanwhile, is looking to enroll at a major university in January after one semester at AWC. He has yet to make his college decision but is considering offers from Purdue, UVa, and West Virginia, among others. Texas is interested as well.

Stay tuned to TheSabre for updates on Farrar and Whiteley as soon as we can get them. Besides these two players, TheSabre.com confirmed the following players were in Scott Stadium on unofficial visits on Saturday…

  1. Brown wasn’t listed. Does that mean he was not interested enough to come in spite of the assurances from Littlepage?

    1. Not at all. His team had a playoff game Saturday afternoon (they won). He is still expected to enroll at UVa in January.
