Boston College is the latest school to offer Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA) athlete Gary Jennings, one of the more versatile rising seniors in the state of Virginia. The 6’2”, 190-pound Jennings now boasts eight offers in total: BC, Buffalo, James Madison, Marshall, Old Dominion, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

As a junior, Jennings saw action at quarterback, wide receiver, defensive back and kick returner. Most college coaches envision him as an offensive player.

“Most schools are recruiting me as a wide receiver,” Jennings said. “JMU is recruiting me as a QB. Coaches also feel I could have an impact in the return game.”

This offseason, Jennings is “trying to improve my passing accuracy due to the fact that I will most likely be playing QB this coming up year. However, I would still like to strengthen my route running and receiver skills as well.”
