When Virginia signed 2016 men’s basketball recruit Jay Huff, a key area of focus for him was to build strength for his tall frame. Scout.com National Recruiting Analyst Rob Harrington said as much in this summer report on the EDGE. “Clearly, by far the thing holding him back is the lack of strength. Even by high school standards, he’s really thin.”
Up to 6’10” and 190 pounds entering his senior year, Huff has continued to add that strength while at Voyager Academy in Durham, N.C. While that process continues, Huff is apparently strong enough to do this already:
