Eight of the University of Virginia football program’s 2017 Class commitments have yet to take the field in a regular season game in the 2016 season. The 2016 season is underway for the remaining 10, including running back recruit PK Kier, who opened his senior season with a 66-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Kier later added a 57-yard touchdown run, helping Millbrook (Winchester, VA) down Jefferson, 42-20. Millbrook (1-0) next travels to West Virginia for an away contest against Hedgesville on September 2.

All three of Virginia’s offensive line recruits were in action on August 26, and all three came away victorious. Tyler Fannin, an interior offensive line prospect out of Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA), helped pave the way for two rushing touchdowns as his school downed Stephenson, 32-7, to move to 2-0 on the season.

Left tackle Chris Glaser Jr. and the Solon Comets (OH) kicked off 2016 with a 36-6 road win over Aurora. Highlights of Glaser Jr’s performance is posted below.

Additionally, offensive tackle Bryson Speas helped Dudley (Greensboro, N.C.) to a 48-7 win over Ragsdale. The Panthers (2-0) have cruised through its first two games, outscoring its opponents by a combined 106-7.
