Quarterbacks (1)

Lindell Stone, 6’1”, 200 pounds, Woodberry Forest (VA)

Stone has been consistent and productive this season while leading Woodberry to a 5-1 overall record. The Texas native has completed 65.3% of his passes for 2,173 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions, adding 106 yards rushing and four scores.

Below is a compilation of Stone’s senior season highlights through six games.

Running Backs (2)

Lamont Atkins, 5’11”, 195 pounds, Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)

Atkins is being recruited by Virginia as a speed back but has impressed on both sides of the ball for the Bruins this season. In seven games (6-1) he has rushed for 1,129 yards and 17 touchdowns on 90 carries, hauled in 12 receptions for 146 yards and a score, and amassed 42 tackles (17 solo) including six tackles for loss, one pass deflection, and one forced fumble. Atkins has blocked a field goal as well.

Below are Atkins’ highlights through seven games (courtesy of Hudl).

PK Kier, 5’11”, 205 pounds, Millbrook (Winchester, VA)

Kier has played a major role in Millbrook’s success (6-1 so far) in 2016. His midseason senior highlights are posted below.

Wide Receivers (1)

Darnell Pratt Jr., 6’3”, 180 pounds, Good Counsel (Olney, MD)

Pratt is committed to Virginia’s football program. It was interesting, though, to see Cavalier track and field coach Bryan Fetzer retweet Pratt’s commitment tweet. Maybe a 2-sport athlete at UVA? Certainly seems like a possibility for Pratt, the reigning WCAC 100-meter and 200-meter champion.

On the gridiron, Pratt has helped Good Counsel to a 5-2 record. According to MaxPreps, he has eight receptions for 82 yards in five games. Check out his highlights versus top Virginia private school program Bishop Sullivan below.

Offensive Linemen (3)

Tyler Fannin, Center, 6’3”, 290 pounds, Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA)

(Of note, in the above photo posted by Fannin’s father, Tyler is third from the left and Chris Glaser Jr. is on the far right.)

Mill Creek has been a juggernaut so far in 2016, rolling to an 8-0 record. Fannin’s senior season highlights are below.

Chris Glaser Jr., Guard, 6’4”, 270 pounds, Solon (OH)

Glaser Jr. plays left tackle on a 7-1 Solon squad. He sees himself as a likely guard at UVA. Check out highlights of the future Hoo’s senior season performance in games 1-7 below.

Ryan Nelson, Tackle, 6’5”, 260 pounds, Buena Park (CA)

Nelson is the starting left tackle at Buena Park (6-1) and he is being recruited to play the same position at Virginia. See him in action versus St. Francis below.

Athletes (1)

Terrell Jana, Defensive Back/Wide Receiver, 6’1”, 185 pounds, Woodberry Forest (VA)

Jana has said previously that the coaches are leaning toward playing him on defense, specifically at cornerback, when he arrives in Charlottesville. His abilities as a receiver should not go ignored, though. Lindell Stone’s top target in 2016, Jana has 36 receptions for 762 yards and 13 touchdowns in six games. Below are his highlights through four games.
