Virginia football’s class of 2018 is now down to 20 recruits after Beaver Area (PA) defensive tackle/offensive lineman Bryce Ramer announced that he is no longer committed to the Cavaliers.

Ramer originally committed to Virginia on June 26, 2017. UVA was his only major FBS offer at the time of his pledge.
Brown to Play in Under Armour All-American
UVA cornerback commit DJ Brown shared some good news last week, when he announced his selection to the 2018 Under Armour All-American Game.
The 6’2”, 180-pound senior plays for one of the top prep football program’s in the nation in St. John’s (Washington, D.C.), which, as of this writing, is ranked no. 18 in the country by USA Today. Brown released highlights of his first four senior season games on Hudl, and you can see them below.
In-State 4-Star Lands Virginia Offer
Virginia’s Bronco Mendenhall has offered a scholarship to Indiana River (Chesapeake, VA) class of 2019 defensive lineman Ben Smiley, who is rated a 4-star prospect by 247Sports and Scout.com as well as a 3-star by Rivals.com.

Marshall, Maryland, Missouri, Old Dominion, Rutgers, Temple, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest have also offered the 6’4”, 255-pound junior.
