In potential nose tackle Samson Reed, Virginia football already boasts one class of 2018 commitment out of Kahuku High School (Kahuku, HI). The Cavaliers have offered another Red Raiders senior lineman, only this one projects to play on the offensive side of the ball.
Micah Mariteragi, a 6’5”, 255-pound prospect, revealed his scholarship news via Twitter.

Kahuku’s starting right tackle, Mariteragi has earned second-team All-OIA Blue conference honors for his senior season performance. He and the rest of his Red Raider teammates look to cap off an already terrific season with a state championship win over Saint Louis this Saturday, November 18.
