Former Virginia men’s basketball star Malcolm Brogdon posted a career-high 32 points as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns, 109-105, in the Bucks’ first game without head coach Jason Kidd, who was fired by the team on Monday (Jan. 22).
Brogdon, the 2017 NBA Rooke of the Year, made 11-of-14 field goals, including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, and 7-of-8 free throws in the victory. The Bucks improve to 24-22 and are currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings.
