The Virginia men’s basketball team opened official practices and the start of the 2024-2025 season is on the horizon. The Cavaliers begin the campaign against Campbell on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. at the John Paul Jones Arena.
Fans don’t have to wait that long to see the Hoos in action, though. The annual Blue-White Scrimmage is set for this Saturday (Oct. 5) at approximately 7 p.m. Doors at the JPJ open at 5 p.m. The women’s team scrimmage begins at 6 followed by a 3-point contest at 6:45 and the men’s team scrimmage at 7. Admission is free.
