It’s rivalry week! That means it’s one of the biggest weeks of the year for fans. For Virginia football supporters, this is the first time in 15 years that they’re entering rivalry week without the streak to worry about. UVA, of course, ended that pall last season.
The question, of course, is whether the Hoos can go back to back against the Hokies? They haven’t done that since 1997 and 1998, the latter of the two representing the program’s last win in Blacksburg. Virginia lost in overtime in its last trip to Lane Stadium in 2018.
