When it comes to fan favorites, the 2019 National Champion Virginia basketball team members carved out a permanent spot with Wahoos. So when Mamadi Diakite signed a full NBA deal this week, Hoo fans rejoiced.
Diakite had been on a two-way contract that shared time with the G League prior to the Milwaukee Bucks converting it to a full NBA contract this week. The Bucks released a video to celebrate Diakite’s contract. Check it out.
