Never coached tee ball, but have worked a lot with kids that age

I'd mix in some fun little activities like "red light green light" in between the baseball activities just to keep their attention and make it a little more fun. Lots of fun little 2 or 3 minute games that get young kids refocused. A nice little reward for the chore that is baseball.
