Yes, 4th at ACCs (fastest time for UVA)

Would not have scored at NCAAs, but would have made the meet and again been our fastest time. If swum in the AM, it would have been less than a tenth from making it back in the B heat, and if repeated at night, would have scored 12th place or 5 points.

That would be 3rd all time at UVA right now.

This is very encouraging to see, but his 1:33.7 in the 200 lifetime best from 2 years ago is his best swim ever. If he can repeat that, it would score at NCAAs. I am hoping with this 7+ second drop in the 500 that his 200 will either return to form or drop. 95%+ of swimmers (it seems) at high school meets dont do their best in relays unless they are on an ELITE team (see Manta Rays and the Foster brothers, or Bolles teams of previous years) so I am hoping his 1:34 the other night was a cruise job.

On a similar note, Edwards is swimming lights out on relays, so that gives me hope that he will be a stalwart on our relays for years to come. He has been the fastest 50 and 100 fly on the relays in the meet so far.
