Notre Dame definitely gets their share of 4* recruits

They don't have OSU level of recruiting, but to say Notre Dame just gets who they get is inconsistent with the results. You can argue over which site has better recruiting rankings, but I looked at 24x7 (simply because it came up first on google). Every year for the last 5 years, they were ranked between 10 and 15. In addition, they had between 10 and 15 4* recruits every year. They may not have as many 5* recruits, but they certainly get their fair share of 4* recruits.
