Take 2 weeks off from alcohol, fruits/juice, carrots, potatoes, bread/rice/


pasta, corn, milk. Have lean grilled meats, steamed veggies not listed above, and eat some high protein/low sugar snacks like string cheese or almonds. Egg beaters for breakfast, with veggies if you want omelet. Then ease back in while maintaining or increasing exercise.
