Low carb is typically defined as < 100 grams per day


Start with the easy stuff, soda, candy, chips, potatoes and rice. Up your greens and good fats. There is a huge "low carb" zone that is below the Standard American Diet recommended levels that is still above what is considered Ketogenic.
